Scientific Solutions BaseBoard / ISA card

The BaseBoard is a full size ISA card that provides flexible, programmable digital input/output for the ISA computer. The card features four 40 position pin header connectors that provide 96 Digital I/O connections. The header connectors accept ribbon cables for direct connection to external equipment, or to screw terminals. A unique bracket design allows all the cables to exit from the single slot while providing strain-relief. A family of optional Modules can be installed directly on the BaseBoard / ISA to enhance its capabilities by providing up to 5000v of optical isolation; over-voltage protection; the ability to monitor / control high-voltage signals; Analog-to-Digital Conversion and Digital-to-Analog Conversion
