The Scientific Solutions LabMaster PRO card is a multifunctional data acquisition card with Analog-to-Digital, Digital-to-Analog, Digital I/O and Counter / Timer functions on a single PCI card. The LabMaster PRO provides true 16 bit 500KHz A/D with up to 256 channels using high-performance Bus Mastering PCI!

The LabMaster PRO combines the features of several high-performance products onto an advanced PCI card. With a full range of features such as Analog Input, Analog Output, Digital I/O and Precision Timer/Counters - the LabMaster PRO provides the functionality required for a wide range of test and measurement applications. Great care is taken in the design and manufacturing of the LabMaster PRO to insure a quality product that provides accuracy and stability for demanding applications. Its unique features, rugged design and reliability make it ideal for acquiring and analyzing data in industrial, scientific, and educational fields.

LabMaster Connection: 60 or 68

There are basically two versions of the LabMaster PRO; one uses a 60 Pin connector and the other uses a 68 Pin connector. The 60 Pin version is popular with installations that have previously used the LabMaster AD / ADEX that also use the 60 pin connector. Sleep diagnostic labs are a good example of customers using the 60 Pin version. The 68 Pin version was added to support rackmount units.

Besides the LabMaster PRO cards, we also have a number of "accessories" such as DeskTop units with various connection options, rackmount units, spare cables, etc. Most often there are both 60 and 68 Pin versions of these accessories. However, in some cases this may not be the case. If you are purchasing a new setup, make sure you select the correct version of the card (60 or 68) to match the accessory that you want. The LabMaster PRO comes with a cable, either 60 or 68 Pin to match the connector on the back of the card, so you do not have to purchase another cable with your accessory. Spare 60 and 68 Pin cables are available in case the cable that came with your LabMaster PRO is lost or damaged.

Overview

This Screw Termination Unit provides a convenient custom screw terminal for easy and quick discrete signal connection in the lab. The screw terminal is housed in a small footprint desktop unit and connects to the LabMaster PC Interface with a single cable.

The front of the desktop unit contains openings for cables to gain access to the internal screw terminals. The back of the unit contains the connector for the LabMaster PC Interface. The unit connects to the LabMaster PC interface using the single high-density shielded cable provided with the LabMaster card.

The Screw Terminal unit is available with either a 60 pin or a 68 pin connection to your LabMaster card. If you have a LabMaster AD or ADEX, then you will want the 60 pin version. If you have a LabMaster PRO, then you will want to be sure and get the version that matches the connection on your LabMaster PRO card.

This LabMaster ST-BNC 20 DeskTop unit connects to the LabMaster AD, ADEX, or PRO using a 60 pin connector (Not 68).

The DeskTop ST-BNC 20 provides convenient industry standard BNC connections for 20 of the LabMaster signals in a small compact desktop unit.

Internally, each BNC connector has two wires - one for signal, and the other for ground. Also inside the unit is a full custom screw terminal that has "ALL" of the LabMaster signals. This unit provides the user with the ability to "customize" the front panel connections. Many applications don't need all of the signals that the LabMaster can handle. The DeskTop ST-BNC 20 was created for those applications that just need a few of the signals (up to 20).

Title LabRack PRO BNC-16 / DB25 (68 Pin Connection)
Overview The Scientific Solutions LabRack PRO BNC-16 / DB25 provides convenient industry standard BNC connections for 16 of the LabMaster PRO signals in a small compact 1U rackmount unit. In addition to the BNC connections, the unit also features a standard DB25M connector. This unit is user configurable to select which of the many LabMaster signals you want to be brought out to the BNC and DB25 connector.

    • Front panel Aircraft Aluminum and precision laser cut
  • 16 Convenient BNC Connectors
    • Each BNC has an internal pair of wires that can be connected to any position on an internal screw terminal board
  • Convenient DB25 Pin Connector
    • The solder lugs on the DB25 connector inside the box can be connected to any position on an internal screw terminal board
  • Internal Screw Terminal board
    • You can wire the 16 BNC and/or the DB25 to any signal you want
  • Unit comes with Die-Cut labels for each signal
    • Allows you to professionally label the connections to match your wiring
  • 68 Pin Connector on the back for easy cabling to LabMaster PRO
  • This unit can be pre-wired and labeled by Scientific Solutions per your requirements
